The only issue I had was, per the description, I expected the dog to actually play tug of war, but it doesn't. It's a programmed action which lasts about 30 seconds. When you squeeze it's paw it just shakes it's head, growls, whines, wags it's tail and barks. But they are soft and cuddly, and the kids I bought them for loved them."

Cute and Fun, 2008-05-16
I purchased this dog as a gift. The feedback on it, from the receipent, was that it was cute and fun! I didn't see it in person, as I had it shipped out of town. For children, I'm not certain that there is a snuggly or educational value to it, but it does move around and bark - so is entertaining more than educational!

My daughter likes him!, 2008-05-15
Bought this as a gift for my daughter who loves dogs. She really likes it and keeps it on her bed. It is a very durable, but not very squeezable dog. Made a cute gift.

Nice pet for little guys, 2008-03-31
My daughters (one 4 and the other 10) love their pets, the howl with them, they play with them and they are so proud of them. They even sleep with them. I know ther are other toys that for that much do more things (beside moving the tail and howling don't expect much) but for some reason my daughters feel very attached to their nintendogs, so for me that is just enough.
